Under a specific Service Project setting, we can customize the level of helpdesk needed in support of the SLAs. As such, we can offer the following Call Center functions:
- Personal Phone Service - not an automated maze of computarized instructions
- As fast as a 15-minute response on email/SMS service notifications
- Monday thru Friday - Weekends and Holidays available
- 8 - 6 Local Time - After hours available
- Bilingual support: English - Spanish
- Online dispatching of Field Technicians
- Online status of Service Call
- Custom reporting of helpdesk activity
