The ODS Field Force is composed of knowledgeable technicians with an in-depth understanding of the hardware repair needs of our customers. Our Field Engineers have access to a myriad of online tools such as knowledge base, training videos, and technical manuals. ODS also provides our Field Engineers with an Internal Tech Support Hot-Line for any assistance that they may need while at a customer site.
