The Texas Instruments OMNI 800' Model 880 Model Series are unique printers that combines heavy-duty, high-speed performance with microcomputer compatibility.
The Model 880 printer is designed in the tradition of quality established by the TI Model 810, which has set the industry standard for printer reliability.
The speed and reliability of the Model 880 printer make it perfect for any microcomputer environment where a dependable, high-speed printer is a must.

Both parallel and serial interfaces are standard on all TI 880 printers; optional interfaces are available.

Those models include menu-driven setup and configuration as well as print pitch and print style that are operator selectable through the front control panel.
The printing capabilities of the TI 880 include a 300 character-per-second (cps) draft-print mode, 75 cps enhanced mode for correspondence printing, and raster graphics.

| Paper Handling |

The TI 880 prints up to six-part forms and has both rear-feed and bottom-feed paper paths.
Bottom-feed capability provides a straight paper path that enables the TI 880 to handle multi-part continuous forms with greatly reduced paper jams
Each model has adjustable tractors that accept paper and up to 6-part forms from 3" to 15" wide.
