The IER 577 Thermal Printer is designed for high volume ATB2 ticketing applications at travel agencies, Central Ticketing Offices and airports, while being simple to use and maintain. A highly visible front panel (2 x 20 character LED back-lit display) and navigation keys allow a simple setup. Up to 4 profiles can be memorized, for an easy switch between printing configurations. New applications can be stored on an integrated disk drive, and a full network connectivity is available.	The IER 577 has a simplified internal design resulting in a high reliability: straight paper path, reduced number of parts, simplified mechanical parts and custom ASIC's. All the internal components of the IER 577 (print head, magnetic heads, paper feeder module, etc) are easily accessible, for fast replacement, often with no tools at all. A perfect alignment and operation are usually obtained with no adjustment required.
Print Features	Paper Handling
Designed for a high speed, high volume printing, the IER 577 prints 40 coupons/min. Its Direct Thermal Printing technology ensures sharp, clear printing, without the need of additional consumables. The IER 577 fully supports magnetic encoding, but can also be configured without this function, due to its modular design.	The IER 577 offers up to 3 automatic vertical paper feeds, easily accessible from the secured paper stocks bin below the printer. In addition, a front feed is available for ticket revalidation. Ticketing operations are further enhanced by a secured internal reject box and a 100-coupon capacity output stacker. The tickets are printed in descending order and are easy to withdraw from the stacker: the first coupon printed is on top of the stack.
