ODS offers Return-to-Depot warranty and post-warranty repair on all of our hardware products.

Warranty and Extended Warranty

ODS offers a full warranty on all of our product and gives the customer the option to extend the original warranty in 6 months increments up to a year. The warranty program consists of:

		Standard back to depot. Please refer to the ODS warranty policy.
		Warranty Advanced Exchange. Available for an additional charge at order placement. Ask our sales staff for more info...

Post-Warranty

ODS offers several maintenance options to service your equipment after the warranty.

		Fixed Price Repair. Your unit is brought up to an operational status after fixing the problems that prevents it from working.
		R3. Your unit is completely refurbished "like new" and it is brought up to Factory standards.
		Advanced Exchange. This is the quickest way to get up and running again. ODS ships a replacement unit and issues a credit once your non-operational unit is received.
		Materials and Labor. This option is available for non-common products.

On-Site services are available through an ODS authorized maintenance provider. Customer will be required to sign a service agreement directly with the maintenance provider. The services can be configured to your specific needs and can be for one, 2 or 3 years:

Installation

Pre-Install survey, complete system installation from unpacking, connection of all network hardware, configuration, and initial testing.

On-site Repair/Annual Maintenance

A technician comes to your location within 24 hours for a repair of a covered item on the Maintenance and Service agreement.

Move

Combines all of the aspects of both Installation, and De-Installation, including a full system test upon network set up at new location.

Add or Change Service

It is the addition, change, or removal hardware on the network. The program consists of unpacking the new device, configuring to it the network, system test.

De-Installation

A thorough process that verifies the systems functionality, stabilizes the system, and then an orderly shut down of the system. All equipment is then packed up, and ready for movement.
