You will receive a response from the Support Department within 24 business hours. By using this support form, you have read and agreed to our Policies.

After approval by the ODS Support Department, a RMA number will be assigned to your new repair to the email address provided in the form. Please note that new repairs will not be processed unless they have been assigned an authorized return number. Please print a copy of this form acknowledgement for your records, as well as include in the packing slip with delivery of the equipment.
