 Incoming Field Units processed for proper reconciliation
Visual Inspection of units to sort and select acceptable equipment
 and parts per Order
Equipment dispositioned to appropriate area with correct locator information |

In addition to the above, basic disassembly, initial cleaning, and preparation for
Production, as appropriate |

Disassembly as necessary and testing of major components
As applicable, components and assemblies sent to repair areas for servicing.
Plastics, metals, PCB's and major assemblies are thoroughly cleaned and
moved for parts kiting or paint operations as appropriate |

Functional and cosmetic Inspection of base units, including all assembly
components
Parts swap Replacement, Rebuilding or Refurbishment of components
and assemblies
Housings and Covers systematically reworked and painted to cosmetically
present a like-new appearance
Thorough detail cleaning of major assemblies
Installation, as needed, of provided application software and firmware,
replacing batteries, updating of PCBs and memory, as necessary.
Replacement of worn mechanical parts with good parts

As necessary, integration on a system level basis to insure compatibility
of all system components
Extended functional testing per recommended diagnostics and procedures:
print testing quality, thorough communication and network tests as
appropriate, diagnostics and application software testing as appropriate,
ensure all required display quality standards, as needed.
Software and network security checks as appropriate.

100 % individual item packaging unless otherwise specified
Necessary logistics accomplished and shipping documentation provided;
