The ODS corporate Quality Manual sets out the quality policy, organization and practices of Omni Data Systems. These quality practices conform to the guidelines as set forth in the International Quality Standards ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 2000.
The quality of the products and services provided by Omni Data Systems is essential to retaining the confidence of our customers and in building our reputation and sales performance in the marketplace.
In order to achieve the quality required by its customers, Omni Data Systems has outlined a Quality Management System in its Quality Manual. This Quality Management System provides for the establishment, implementation, attainment and maintenance of the required quality standards.

The ODS Quality Manual also defines the overall philosophies and practices of the Company's QMS and serves as an "umbrella" quality document for the more specific Quality and Work Procedures and the Work Instructions, related to the following activities:
The Repair and Servicing of Computers, Printers, Peripherals and Component level Equipment.
