Quality is maximized by working in systematic ways to well defined procedures. Quality-based operating procedures are implemented and practiced at all times to promote uniformity of working methods and to enhance quality throughout the Company.

Omni Data Systems ensures that all staff are fully trained and aware of the following:
- the Omni Data Systems Quality Policy
- their own job responsibilities
- their responsibilities within the quality system
- the responsibilities of staff with whom they work
Staff at Omni Data Systems shall be:
- qualified to perform their required functions and activities
- able to work independently, yet to required quality standards and procedures.
To achieve this, staff at Omni Data Systems are provided with relevant, approved job responsibility lists, specific instructions, tools, means to evaluate the quality of that part of the product or service to which they contribute, and a system of communication with management on any quality issues that they experience.
