As such, ODS, in conjunction with Access-IS, is providing this Online Tracking System for product warranty and non-warranty repair tracking. This will help ensure all parties that significant repair issues are being identified, assigned and worked with appropriate schedules being met. Please use this Online tool whenever possible and let us know if there are any improvements that would help us provide better service for the users.
The ODS Ticket System is a fully automated, password-protected online CRM system that allows for a User to start the repair process by opening a new ticket (referred to as “entity”). Once a ticket is initiated in the system, a series of events are triggered and the status of every step in the repair process is documented and visible online. Click here to launch the system:
